Instead, while each individual is responsible for his or her personal workstream (perhaps profiling the key competitor's strategy, or developing a financial forecast for a new product line), it is as a team that we crack the problem and solve the case. We brainstorm, plan, and debrief as a team. We help one another to juggle conflicting schedules or to bridge knowledge gaps.
