Numbers, strategy, and résumé cases.  One of the best ways for us to evaluate your analytic ability and logic is to discuss a business case, usually taken from our own experience or drawing upon your previous work as discussed in the résumé. There is no “right” answer to a case interview; instead, we are looking for candidates who can demonstrate solid quantitative skills and a well-structured approach to solving problems.

Getting to know you.  Of course, business is not all about numbers. Therefore, we dedicate an important part of the interview process to evaluating your poise and professional bearing, as well as your personal demeanor. We also strive to learn about the person behind the résumé, including your interests and hobbies.
