Cover letter. In order to get to know you, we request a letter that contains a brief introduction to your experience. This is also an opportunity for you to explain why you want to work at Case Strategy, and to discuss what you believe you will contribute to our firm.
Grades, scores. While we do not set any numeric “cut-offs,” we take academic performance very seriously. Therefore, we ask candidates to include their GPA as well standardized test (SAT, ACT, GMAT) scores in their résumés.
Responsibility and accomplishment. Because we work in a demanding environment, we are particularly interested in candidates with a history of leadership and success in their endeavors. The résumé provides a good opportunity to demonstrate these attributes in a concise format.
