Mutual Respect is a Core Value of Case Strategy

It is obvious that to be effective in our client service business, we must always treat our clients with the utmost level of respect. That is exemplified through the simple courtesies of always being on time, listening without interrupting, and cultivating a sincere appreciation of what every individual brings to a given situation.

We strongly believe that the best way to foster these behaviors when interacting with our clients is to embody them every moment of every day. A wonderful side benefit of an environment where everyone treats one another with respect is a culture of enormous learning and appreciation. We do our very best to honor time commitments, to clean up after ourselves, to treat one another's person and space with dignity, and always to be thoughtful in our interactions with one another.

A corollary of this is that any interpersonal friction is handled directly person-to-person, without lobbying for support from outside viewpoints. We trust that we will each give the benefit of the doubt should others ever need it, and will each be worthy of that benefit when given it. And on those few occasions when a sour note is struck, we work to resolve it quickly, in an environment free from acrimony.
