Growth Opportunities

This report can be provided at varying levels of specificity, but is likely to cover two key things:

First, using the Case Strategy proprietary Portfolio of Growth Opportunities (PoGO™), we define the appropriate mix of growth efforts between Re-energize, Adjacency, and Transformation, and include supporting information of recommended activities.

Second, overview of specific potential opportunities, with recommended actions for the highest priority efforts. Opportunities to be identified would be from among the areas listed below:

  • Enhancing the value proposition (cost, service, or product benefit) to the customer
  • Improving the operating model to enhance value delivery and/or reduce operating costs (could include profit hunt)
  • Narrowing focus to better succeed in core markets
  • Expanding business vertically or horizontally. If horizontally, defining whether that is best done through adjacent customer segments, channels, geographies, or products and services
  • Driving transformation either with a newly defined offering or by addressing previously un(der)served customer segment(s)
